MiraMiller Limited Liability Company is a modern enterprise operating in the flour production sector, and a comprehensive project to automate all its business processes has been implemented. The system developed by the IMB TECH team covers all stages from purchasing wheat from suppliers to production, warehouse control, and delivering products to customers. Through the created automated platform, the company gained the ability to monitor raw material movement, production planning, product quality, financial accounting, and customer relations processes in real-time. The system provides users with a user-friendly interface, role-based access rights, and analytical reports, ensuring precise and efficient management of every activity within the enterprise. Additionally, within the scope of the project, the contract and accounting processes with suppliers were digitized, and every stage of the production line became monitorable. Warehouse management and the product delivery chain to customers were also coordinated through a unified system. Thanks to the MiraMiller project, the company not only simplified internal workflows but also significantly improved product quality and responsiveness to customer needs. This strengthened its competitiveness in the market and laid the foundation for becoming a leading modern flour production enterprise.
